Elected to Provide Oversight
The Oversight Council is the elected representative body of the Novum Domitros Union and is comprised of citizens elected at a General Election. (NOTE: The Oversight Council is non-playable).
Council members serve eight month terms and form into political parties. The Council acts as an upper-house for the Union and is the highest Constitutional Court. It has final decision making authority on all laws delivered by Parliament and appoints technocrats to Parliament.

The chairperson is appointed to lead all council correspondence and represents the council at ceremonies or in official duties according to the constitution. The chairperson is also the guarantor of the independence of civil and criminal judicial authority. This means all judges in civil and criminal courts are appointed by the chairperson.
